We received Abby Belle (F1) in January 2009. Just wanted to drop you a line to let you know she is a little princess! She knows her place in the family and lets us know daily! We love her very much, she has been a wonderful addition to our family. She is a very lovable and happy little girl. Our teenage boys love her dearly. She loves to go for a ride in the car; and is very protective. She enjoys walks and going to the beach; she even enjoys a swim in the summer months. Abby is loved dearly and has an excellent temperment.

Its the Mcdonald family. We are writing to let you know that Tibbie had
her second litter!!! We had 7 pups this time 6 females 1 male. Both Tibbie and Tobbiee are doing great!!! and we a hoping that sometime
soon to add another pup to our lives. We thank so you much for bringing
these wonderful companions into our lives. Our family truly would not
be complete without them. As Jason and I are talking more and more
about adding another member to our family, I'm sure once we can afford

Bonjour
On espère que vous allez bien, êtes vous finalement installé dans votre nouveau logement ? On en profite pour vous souhaiter une très belle année 2011 plein de santé, à notre âge on sait comment c'est précieux.
voici quelques nouvelles de Buddy. Il va très bien il a été opéré et il a reçu ses vaccins. Tout s'est bien passé. La vétérinaire l'a gardé 3 jours on voulait être certain que tout était correct. Il est toujours aussi adorable, plein d'énergie. Il suit Jean-Luc partout, il couche avec nous mais mausus qu'il ronfle !!!! Je l'appelle mon petit crocron. Tous les matins J.L. va faire une marche avec lui au moins 30 minutes, c'est un terrain de camping donc amplement de place pour courrir. Une vrai balle, il ne touche pas à terre, il doit faire au moins 2 fois la distance que l'on fait. On l'amène avec nous partout , en auto il va sur le siège arrière et il regarde dehors, une vrai fouine, parfois il vient se coucher sur J.L. en avant. Avec les chats pas de problèmes autant les nôtres que les chats que l'on nourrie dehors. On ne regrette pas du tout notre décision, on est vraiment en amour avec lui.

Allô!
En une semaine, Baloo à tellement changé physiquement.....mon cousin est encore venu chez nous et il en revenait pas comme elle vait changé seulement en une semaine!!!
Dans tous les chiots que vous aviez de la portée à Baloo, c'est Baloo que je trouvais la moins belle de toute la gang, j'aimais pas sa face trop délicate, trop fine et petite!
Mais j'ai choisi cette chienne simplement parce que c'est elle qui m'avait choisi.....te souviens-tu comment elle était affectueuse avec moi, pas avec mon cousin et sa blonde, juste moi.....on dirait qu'elle me connaissait depuis toujours......alors j'ai fais un choix du coeur et non pour l'esthétique. MAIS maintenant, elle a élargie de la face, elle a prit du poids, perdu sa grosse bedaine.....est rendu vraiment trop belle!!!
C'est un plaisir de l'a laissé courir partout dans la maison et de la laisser jouer avec ma fille.....elle court partout dans la maison avec mon caniche royal!!! C'est fou comme j'aime ce ptit chien.....j'ai hâte à cet été, je vais faire des jaloux sur le site de camping.....on est fan du camping en famille!
Nous allons allé montré notre chiot jeudi à un couple qui veut absolument la voir......mon chum à montrer les photos de Baloo à ses collègues et tout le monde à tombé amoureux de ma Baloo.......alors depuis, il y a un couple qui est resté accroché sur Baloo et veulent l'a voir en vrai jeudi de cette semaine.
Si le caractère du chien leur convienne, ils vont aller vous en chercher un.......je leur ai dis que vous alliez avoir des ptits noirs de prêts......ils 'sappèle Roxanne et Olivier....s'ils vous appèlent, c'est nous qui avons donné la référence!
Alors attendez vous à avoir un appel ou un courriel de ce couple car ils veulent absolument en acheté un à la même place que nous. Le pire, c'est qu'il y en a à vendre à 2 heures de route d'ici....mais personne en veut car il y a eu du consanguin dans la région......on avait une éleveuse de carlins qui les faisait accoupler entre soeurs et frères......ce qui a donné des chiens très malades et plusieurs sont morts.......alors le monde ont pu confiance....la madame a été obligé de fermer son élevage car son nom était trop salie! Alors ils veulent aller le chercher à Montréal, chez-vous!

Hello, just wanted to let you and your wife know that our baby boy Puddles is doing great..right away he got along with our other baby girl just great and he's so sweet and gentle to our son..now we have moved to a new place after our son had passed away and now we're doing alot better..Baby and Puddles are our pride and joys, if it weren't for them, i dont think we can have moved on with our lives. thank you so much...and we're thinking of another to brighten up our family..thank you.

Je vous écris pour vous remercier d'avoir inscrit sur votre site qu'elle est chez un éleveur. J'en profite pour vous dire que tout va bien, elle s'adapte très bien avec ses nouveaux compagnons. Elle est craintive un peu face au Rottwieler mais pas plus que ça. Je voudrais savoir si elle a déja mangé de la nourriture de table parce qu'hier au souper elle a placée ses pattes de devant sur nos cuisses pour demander de la nourriture. J'ai eu l'impression qu'elle connaissait ça. J'en profite pour vous demander si son vaccin est du ou non. Voila un peu de nouvelles.

Hello Guys,
I thought I would write you another little note. Abby has been in our house now
for about 8 hours, and we are just so impressed with her. Within the first half
hour, she went to her pad to pee and has not had a mistake yet. Aswell she seems
to love her kennel, everytime she gets a little sleepy she just walks to her
kennel and takes a little nap. We're so impressed with how smart and alert she
is, you guys are such great breeders, I couldn't possibly ask for more.

I hope you are enjoying the nice summer we are having so far. I wanted to let you know that Winston is doing fantastic. He has grown alot since he came here, and is now almost 4 pounds. He had his second shots and check up and the vet says he is healthy, happy and VERY cute!
He is getting lots of exercise every day and is pretty much a natural for walking on the leash. He spends his days laying on the deck in the sun when he isn’t playing in the yard.
Everywhere we go everyone wants to hold him and can’t get over how adorable he is. Our vet and Winston’s groomer have both heard of your company and are impressed with the quality of puppies you have. I must say that i am so happy that we decided to go to you for our puppies.

WE JUST LOVE HIM!!!
Buster is getting along well with Bella and Gavin, were not to sure yet about Fluffs our cat..were pretty sure Fluffs thinks she's seeing double.
I will send pictures of the kids later when I get a chance to take some there still very hyper and running around loving each other :) Bella is in love, I couldn't be more happier for her and us.
Liam was that happy in the car when we got Buster, he made me drive home for he could hold him.

hi norm,
just to tell you how much we love our pug mieka. i thought her to go through the doggie door that we had for the other pugs and she is doing well with it. she sleeps with us in our bed alnight and she don't do anything. this morning i she got me up early to do her duty. our friend jennifer the dog groomer she loves her. she babysit mieka when we go on trips. she down with jennifer mostly everyday while i'm at work. she is a very pretty pug. we can't see the house without her.

Just wanted to give you an update, I didn't have the time the first night.
We just love her so much. It feels like she's been a part of the family for years. Bella and Fluffs(cat) are doing much better!
She's just perfect. I have a little pug shadow following me around, she wont leave my side. She cried a little last night wanting to sleep with me but other than that she's so easy to train. I'd let her sleep with us but my bed it too high and she could hurt herself. She's going outside had maybe 3 mistakes. My son couldn't be more happier with her.

Bonjour Normand et Claudette,
Notre petit pitou va très bien et s'adapte bien à son nouvel environnement. Il pleure un peu quand nous quittons, mais il arrête et se calme après 15-20 minutes. Il est propre à 95% et fait presque tous ses besoins sur ses petits tapis. Il va aller dehors quand il fera un peu plus chaud et qu'il sera un peu plus grand.
Nous l'avons finalement appelé Lucky. Il reconnait son nom et semble bien l'aimer!
Pour l'instant tout va bien, je vous ré-écrit si nous avons des questions!

Bonjour Claudette et Normand,
Juste un petit mot pour vous dire que Akiko est arrivée à bon port.
Une fois arrivée à la maison, elle a fait connaissance avec mon Schnauzer nain Bobette et ça été le coup de foudre entre eux tout de suite. Bobette la suit pas à pas. Je l'ai laissée jouer avec lui et se reposer un peu puis je lui ai donné une toute petite quantité de nourriture car elle n'avait plus rien dans l'estomac. Je l'ai amenée faire ses besoins puis nous sommes allées tous les trois faire un petit somme dans le lit. Akiko ne tenait pas en place puis elle s'est couchée et s'est assoupie très vite. Pendant qu'elle dormait, je lui flattais la bedaine et le dos. C'était cute de voir son petit corps se détendre après une journée qui a dû être très stressante pour elle. Bobette s'est couché près d'elle. Je les ai laissé ensemble et ils ont fait un dodo pendant une bonne heure. Au réveil, je l'ai ramenée sur son pad à pipi et elle a fait ça comme une grande fille.
Elle n'est plus timide du tout avec moi. Elle vient tout de suite quand je l'appelle et elle ne se pousse plus quand je la prends dans mes bras. Elle a été très impresionnée quand elle a vu les chats. Elles voulait courrir après mais je n'ai qu'à hausser le ton de voix et elle cesse sa course. Je pense que ça ne prendra pas beaucoup de temps avant qu'elle comprenne bien qu'il ne faut pas courrir après eux. Elle le fait sans malice. C'est clair qu'elle ne veut que jouer. Nous sommes en soirée et presque tous mes chats n'ont plus peur d'elle. Ma chatte persan semble la considérer comme un jouet. Celle-là, les courses folles ne la dérange pas. Bref, l'adaptation se fait très vite.
Je remarque que Akiko est une petite chienne qui veut plaire. Elle est très sensible aux compliments. Elle se promenait toute fière d'elle quand elle a fit son pipi sur le pad et que je l'ai caressée en lui donnant un petit bonbon à chien. Elle répond super bien à la voix. Un "NON" dit clairement est plus que suffisant pour qu'elle arrête quand elle s'emballe. Elle vient se faire caresser très souvent. Elle semble avoir développer une confiance en moi très vite. Je voyais bien qu'elle était un peu plus "sauvage" que ses autres soeurs mais, comme je vous l'avais dit, je croyais que ce comportement était dû au fait qu'elle était la moins dominante de la troupe. Je pense que je n'étais pas loin de la vérité. Quand elle est en confiance, sa timidité s'envole très vite. Je ne m'attendais pas à ce que cela prenne aussi peu de temps avant que je puisse la prendre sans qu'elle se pousse. Maintenant elle me suit partout dans la maison.
C'est certain qu'il y a encore de l'éducation à faire mais je pense que cela ne prendra pas beaucoup de temps vu son désir de plaire à tous prix. Elle n'a peut-être jamais vu de chats de sa vie mais ces petites bêtes la fascinent. Je vous jure que quand Akiko, Bobette et la persan exotique se mettent à jouer, on croirait qu'il y a un troupeau dans la maison.
Je tenais à vous remercier de m'avoir acceuillie chez vous aujourd'hui. Je vous tiendrai au courant des développements de la belle tornade miniature. Je vous laisse avec des photos d'elle qui ont été prises ce soir. Comme vous pouvez le voir, elle semble bien chez elle dans son nouvel environnement.

Just an update on our two new additions of pugs. Lov-loves and Bishop are just adorable and have adjusted well to Pugslie and Kisses. All of them get along well with each other and they are such a pleasure to have around, as theres always something new going on with them. They are very vocal when they know its meal time and they are always making us laugh with their silly little barks. They have learned quickly to go outside to pee and climb the stairs, even though they are so little, but Pugslie and Kisses are great teachers. When we go to Petsmart all the associates go crazy for them and spoil them alot, they are known by name and have fun while we do our weekly shopping. Also they always come out with new treats and toys. Once getting the two fawn coloured pugs I knew we needed to get black ones as well. And what a great decision it was. I really wish that I could express my gratitude to you both for allowing us the honour of being part of your pug family. We will send pictures soon of all of them together.

I thought you might enjoy an update on little Isabel and some new pictures to see how well she has grown. She is now 13lbs and still as energitic as the day we brought her home. She has become a very loveable, socailable dog and has a great love for children.

hello again, hope you and collette are doing fine. We were looking at your web page at all the new pugs as we are interested in purchasing another and noticed your special for two. Pugslie and Kisses have brought so much happiness to us that we want to add to our family once again, this time with black ones. We were interested in T2 and U3 if they are still available. I would appreciate a total price with everything included to know if its affordable. Also are they house trained yet? Well hope to here from you soon. Hi !
Just wanted to let you know Opie is doing great ! Had a bath today and nails cut, got the royal tratment...I think he even liked his bath.... He is eating well, only a couple of accidents on the floor, but hey, we all have to learn....
Has his first Vet appointment on Friday, I could not get him in any sooner, (just a well puppy checkup). Opie just loves to cuddle and sleep well with me, all night, no snoring yet, but I know that will come in time......
I will let you know how our Vet check goes on Friday.

Hey There!
Just wanted to give you an update on our little puggy, Charlie. He recently celebrated his 1st birthday on the 19th of August, and Luc and I are just as much in love with him as on the day we picked him up from the airport in St. John's. He has a gorgeous coat, is a solid 17 1/2 pounds, and his favorite treats are green bell peppers! He knows how to sit, lay down, give high five, go to his crate, wait for a treat, among many other things. He is SO smart, and all of these commands were taught to him in 10 minutes or less each. Incredible!
We have since relocated to Ottawa, and I'm excited about how close we are to you guys, because we look forward to getting another little puggy in the not-so-distant future. Your service was so great that we would be happy to get our 2nd pug from you as well.

Allo Norm &Clo,we were very happy to finally meet you two, after e-mail and telephone, we felt we knew u for a very long time,,now hear this.... better get your coffee, because i talk a lot, after a very long year, i finally decide to have another pug puppy,I had Mimi for 8 years and it was the best dog I ever had, before I had a pekenisse, a chitzoo, and terrier, but pugs are the best dog in the world,Two years ago my husband and I, after buying and old house where the priests used to live, we convert it into a pension for elderly people before going to hospital, the day of the opening I got a call from the Doctor telling me that I couldn;t open the pension cause I had cancer, well here i go, operation, kemo. it seemed I slept a whole year, all that time Mim never left my side, she would have a hard time to leave me for her food and to go outside, it seemed she knew I was sick,. now I'm O.K. but the strenght is not there anymore, sothe business is for sale and I had to do something not to go craxy so I got this card the pug lady from a pet shop in timmins so I thought about it told my husband that was it o.k. if I would buy another pug?Well, after talking to Norm, I said to myself "why not two" so we talk about sending them buy plane, no probleme, they were waiting for me at the aiport all in perfect condition, I bought one male Mugzy, he so cute and very wise. and the female Bella, so small and very shy but quit, I was very sastisfy by all the service I got from Norm and Clo, also after a month we decide to go to Montreal, so I told Norm that we would stop by, well let me tell you how good these people are, WE felt very wellcome and all the dogs the one that was older to go outside, they were like ther owne pet, all the little on were all inside there house in the living room that they gave to these little puppies and quess what?? Clo, she sleep with the new born puppies"of course on the couch" for quite a few days, this is NOT A PUPPY MILL, it there home, there plenty food, medicale equipe he his o.k.I'm very proud that WE have met you Norm and Clo, where ever you buy a puppy ,people will always tell you to always check where you get your animal, by bying the two pugs, we made new friends and let me tell u what Clo did to me, when she saw I was kissing all the pugs, she said"wait a minut I have something for u" she came out with Long Air Pug, so small, so cute, so smart,well quess WHAT, we bouth her, her name is Mutzy"it mean a furry little cat" she look like a cat, so we know we have a love connection between Norm and Clo after buying 3 pugs, so now we are back in Kapuskasing, that our hometown and I'm the one who get up at 7.00 a.m. for these little monster who I loved dearly, From all the people that has seened the pugs, Mutzy with all her fur make all the comotion and everyone want one and of course I will breed them, I have to keep busy,so Norm and Clo it was sugh pleasure to meet you, hope we will see other again so please Clo don'nt show me another pug AH/AH/

My name is Lisa and I am from Oshawa, ON. Norm just contacted me to give him a reference and I would be happy to give one for him. My husband and I purchased a male pug (we called him Dexter) from him October 4th, 2008. Dexter is now 11 months old and we couldn't have ask for a more perfect dog! He is a very intelligent pug, he was practically house trained when we picked him up. He also has a great personality, very playful and SUPER cuddly! We found Norm through www.kijiji.com and we had a great experience. We gave him a deposit and he held our puppy for us. We met in Morrisburg, ON so that we could split the driving distance. Once we met up with him we gave him the final payment and Dexter was ours. It was a very simple process (thank god!). Norm had his health record with him and injected the microchip in from of us. About a week or 2 later we received the CKC certificate in the mail.
All and all it was a great experience and I believe that they treat their puppy with lots of love!

hello, my name is aneta and my husband and i purchased a fawn, male pug in oct 2008. we are from toronto, ontario and we drove to quebec to pick him up. we got a chance to see how the puppies are raised for the 2 months before being sold and we were so pleased to see such a clean, loving, fun environment.
puglady provided amazing service and they were very great to deal with. pugs are amazing dogs! im not sure if you had one before but incase if you didnt you will be showered with so much love and affection. these dogs are truly different from other dogs because they love people and companion, they always follow you everywhere and when they get tired they want to snuggle on your lap. we love our pug miniu and we always say he's like a person not a dog.....you will find out soon how great these dogs are!

Hi Norm,
I wanted to let you know that we had Duke neutered today, when we took him in yesterday to leave him overnight the Vet after having examined him told us that she had seen 3 other Pugs that day making Duke the fourth and he was by far the nicest looking and had the best overall face for the pushed in nose look, not too much as to constrict his breathing during surgery.
She said: "you got a good one there"

We just picked up Kisses and she is adorable. Her flight must have went well as all was fine with her. She is a beautiful little creature and the people at Air Canada were just smitten with her when we picked her up. Pugslie is now enjoying her too and she is already taking over the house. Hi Norm,
I really can't get over what a lovely little guy he is. He is very sweet and has the best temperament I have ever seen in a puppy. He is great with my kids and gentle with my cats. He is learning his manners very quickly, sits for a dog cookie the minute he sees it.
Many people have commented on how cute he is and that he's one of the cutest pugs ever.
Our little Oliver has a wonderful temperament and is absolutely gorgeous.
I will highly recommend your pugs to anyone who asks.

Isabel now has all of her needles and goes to get done on Febuary ninth, the vet says see is very heathy, she is now approximatly nine pounds. My name is Lisa and I am from Bowmanville, ON. Norm just contacted me to give him a reference and I would be happy to give one for him. My fiancé and I purchased a male pug (we called him Dexter) from him October 4th, 2008 so we’ve only had him for almost a month. He is a very intelligent pug, he was practically house trained when we picked him up. He also has a great personality! We found Norm through www.kijiji.com and we had a great experience. We gave him a deposit and he held my puppy for me. We met in Morrisburg, ON so that we could split the driving distance. Once we met up with him we gave him the final payment and Dexter was ours. It was a very simple process (thank god!). Norm had his health record with him and injected the microchip in from of us. About a week or 2 later we received the CKC certificate in the mail.
All and all it was a great experience and I believe that they treat their puppy with lots of love!

Dear Norm
Koru arrived safe & calm. She has bonded with me straight away, love at first sight for both stacy and i.
as im writing this koru is wrapped up in my dressing gown with me, fast asleep with a faint cute snore.
My chihuahua Ryder loves her to and follows her around as she plays and explores her new home.
she is eating and drinking well and sleeping very well.
Ryder sleeps in bed with us so koru will to. Koru slept cuddled up to my neck, and suckling on my neck or earlobe, she does the same to stacy.
She wanted to get up once at 2am, took her over onto her training pad where she had a big pee and poo.
Koru then wanted to play,as tempting as it was i didnt want to start that habit.
we went back to bed and she slept through to 9am.
We are so in love with her norm, thank you so much!!!
We send some photos of Koru,stacy, ryder and i as soon as i buy a new camera, mine has just completely broken, of couurse things like that happen when you want to use them most.
Koru is just so perfect norm, thank you so much, you and your wife have done an amazing job with rising her and training.
I cant beleive at 8 weeks she can easily walk on a lead.
She also suits her name perfectly!!

Norm, just wanted to let you know that I am so in love with Milou I just don’t know what my life was like before him. He went to the vet today to get his final shots and he is scheduled to get fixed on June 15. He weighed in at 10.8...I think I feed him too much – hehehe. The vet said it was fine I should just watch him once he gets fixed. I’ll send you some pictures next week.
I few people have asked me where I got him and I’ve given them your website but of course they all want a black one!

Norm and Claudette just forwarded me an email that they received from you stating that you were interested in purchasing a puppy from them but you live in Victoria and are concerned about the flight.......
The reason they forwarded me your email is because i just bought a puppy off them a week ago and I too live in Victoria,
I also shared the very same concern as it seemed like a big risk however Claudette and Norm were wonderful about the whole situation...Obviously there is no 100 percent guarantee that nothing will go wrong (which is like anything in life ) and that is obviously impossible to guarantee, however my puppy ( and i would have no question that your puppy also) came in perfect condition...
They sent him in a crate with two stuffies an two blankets and the only thing that happened was that Otis ( my puppy) pooped in his crate over the course of the flight (no big deal) he was perfectly fine..
He is a beautiful pup with a wonderful playful personality and I couldn't be happier with him... I strongly recommend buying pup from norm and Claudette... They send pics, a puppy care package, register the pup, and send the first vaccination record too..
They are great at answering any questions you might have a promptly return emails...
